Reuthe’s Rhododendron Nursery is an acclaimed long-established (over 120 years) plant nursery specialising in mature specimen trees and shrubs. We are proud to have won 28 gold medals at RHS Chelsea Flower Show for our plants. Our staff have expert knowledge of the plants especially Rhododendron’s. We sell and can advise which plants will be suitable for all your garden needs. Because of our long history we are able to offer our customers trees & shrubs that are over 30 years old – perfect if you are looking for a large specimen for your garden. We specialise in unusual varieties of rhododendrons, azaleas, magnolia, camellia, acers, liquid amber & hardy perennials. Prices range from £10 to £1000+
We welcome enquiries from plant enthusiasts, garden designers, landscapers & garden maintenance companies. We also offer a design service for your project.

We are situated in woodland on a gently sloping hill with acidic, sandy and free-draining soil. These are ideal growing conditions for the 300 varieties of rhododendrons growing on site and other acid loving plants such as rare trees, shrubs, azaleas and camellias. Some of our species are so special that they are the only ones left in the World.
Reuthe’s has a number of notables amongst our famous customer base including Winston Churchill (for nearby Chartwell) and members of the Royal Family. Many of our plants can remain in suitably sized pots if you don’t have ideal soil type in your location
