• Do we need to choose a date?
  Yes. Select your date of visit at checkout.
• How long should we allow?
  Typically 45–90 minutes.
• Is animal contact included?
  No. Garden Entry includes viewing only. Handling sessions are separate.
• Can we see the alpaca?
  The alpaca are not currently in a public pen. On-the-day feeding experiences may be available, and private alpaca treks can be booked separately.
• Weather?
  Open in most weather; woodland paths can be muddy in winter. Suitable footwear recommended.
• Can we arrive any time?
  Yes within your arrival window. Last entry is 15:00 and the site closes at 15:30.
