Join Yusra for a special series of pilates classes designed to refresh and rejuvenate you from head to toe.

Suitable for beginners and experienced students, all exercises are individually modified where necessary, to suit each member of the class.

All specialist equipment such as Foam Rollers, Magic Circles, Over Balls and Resistance Bands are provided for use in class but students are required to provide their own Exercise Mat.

Students are advised to wear comfortable clothing allowing free movement, along with bare feet or socks (no footwear).
