Feel your worries and stress melt away as you combine mindful walking through our woodland paradise, under the nurturing care of skilled therapist Caroline Devayne. During the challenges of the pandemic many have come to appreciate that being with nature is therapeutically good for them. Being able to explore and share what troubles us is often enhanced by being able to open up in an unconfined natural space.
Connecting to the natural world is mentally beneficial, and walking and talking can help with numerous problems including depression, anxiety & problems with self-esteem. Walking grounds us and being with nature promotes mindfulness.
We are offering Mindfullness Walk & Talk for small groups or individuals. Meet at our Basecamp Cafe 10 mins before the session. The walk will last for one hour. If you would like an individual sessions then please contact hello@reuthesevenoaks
