Connect with nature. Calm the mind.
This six week program will be facilitated by our on-site complimentary therapist. We will meet once a week for one hour. You will explore the breath and breathing, guided forest visualisations, aromatherapy and meditation and a walking meditation with our very soulful alpaca's.
During your time spent in the forest you will learn breathing techniques that will help you to slow your breath. You will be able to begin to clear your mind from the thoughts of everyday life. The focus of your attention will become the stillness of your mind as you learn to let go of the chaos that can sometimes be called life. Reuthe's has some very special specimens of trees, from all over Asia and North America. It provides the perfect setting to let go of life's stress and discover a calmness in your mind that will become a valuable tool to overcome the challenges life may throw your way.
Please wrap up warm, layers are good for forest walking. Please wear sensible shoes as the paths are steep and can be muddy if it has been raining.
