A trek through The Lost Gardens of Sevenoaks with the cutest furry tour guides (approx. one hour) - please provide a contact number at checkout to allow us to contact you in the event of a need for cancellation.

This is a private alpaca trek for groups of 6 people - including children & babies for a 1-hour experience.

What's the best way to explore the grounds at Reuthe's? By following one of our trusty alpaca guides, of course! Our adorable alpacas love to lead small groups through The Lost Gardens of Sevenoaks, showing off their favourite snacking spots as they weave their way through the wild rhododendron forest.

Alpaca treks are fun for the whole family and children three and older especially get a great deal of joy from meeting our alpacas. Please note that all children booked on a trek must be accompanied by an adult, and that while children of all ages are welcome, we suggest you bring a baby carrier for youngsters rather than a buggy, unless you're feeling particularly strong.

Please ensure everyone booked on a trek wraps up warm and wears sensible footwear, preferably walking boots that won't slip on wet earth. Dogs are not welcome on the treks as they may frighten our alpacas. We'd also like to note that our trusty alpaca guides are not to be ridden as they lead you through the Lost Gardens.

And if you fancy extending your stay at The Lost Gardens then select a luxury picnic hamper full of Kentish goodies along with a toasty blanket to pitch up anywhere you choose in our magical woodland. Chilled bottle of bubbles & glasses can also be added for your special celebration!

Please be aware

All our treks take place outside and will observe social distancing guidelines and maintain a distance of at least 2 metres apart. For everyone’s safety gloves will be provided and hand sanitiser will be available at the start & finish of the trek. Please feel free to bring your own mask. The terrain at Reuthe's is hilly so it is unsuitable for children under 3yrs old. Babies must be carried in a papoose.
