Event tickets policy

As per our Terms and Conditions we are unable to offer refunds on our events unless due to government restrictions or if the event is cancelled by us. 

For some of our events you are able to transfer these tickets to a different event subject to an administrative fee payable at the time of transfer. To see if you are able to transfer your tickets please complete the following steps; 

1. Find your confirmation email 

2. Scroll down to order summary 

3. Select "view and manage your order online"

4. Select "transfer"

5. Follow the prompts on Eventbrite

If there is no transfer option this means that unfortunately your tickets cannot be transferred to another event. 

We are unable to manually transfer tickets or go against the policies set out for a particular event. We will not respond to enquiries to transfer or refund event tickets outside of this policy.
