Fireworks Display

Join us November 11th from 3pm for our very first fireworks night.

On Saturday November 11th we are opening our gates for an evening of family fun as we celebrate fireworks night with a bang. This will be an exclusive event with only 500 tickets available. Tickets will only be available in advance.

Several great local musicians will be joining us to make this one of the best family friendly firework evenings around.

Fireworks

The brilliant Phoenix Fireworks will be setting off a 6-minute aerial display starting at 6.30pm. Note this time is subject to delay should weather conditions require this.

Food & Drink

Our café, nursery and bars will be open throughout this event. Our café will be offering delicious burgers, hot dogs and more. Our bars will have our famous mulled cider to keep you warm alongside our usual selection of drinks!

Our bars operate a challenge 25 policy so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 please bring valid ID.

Our café and bars accept both cash and card payments.

Tickets

Tickets are available from 6pm Friday 22nd September. Tickets are non-refundable unless this event is cancelled by us.

Tickets are not available on the door. All tickets including car parking tickets must be pre booked below.

Parking

We encourage all guests to car share or use public transport or other means of transport to get here. Our car park is a limited size and we only have 60 spaces available. THESE MUST BE PRE-BOOKED with your tickets at a cost of £10 per car. Only pre booked car par tickets & licensed taxis dropping guests will be admitted onto the site.

We do have a drop off zone for those arriving / departing by taxi.

We do expect our car park to become fully booked. There is some off site parking available in the local area but we are unable to advise where. Please be respectful to our neighbours and do not park irresponsibly in the local area.

Additional Parking

The Amherst Inn have kindly opened their car park as an additional car park for guests for this event. They have allocated an additional 40 spaces.

These parking spaces must be pre-booked below and are available from 6pm Monday 6th November.

Please note that these spaces are not located at Reuthe’s. They are located at the Amherst Inn, Sevenoaks Road (The Old Crown Point Pub). These spaces do involve a short walk.

The Amherst Inn offer full, sit down meals and will be open throughout this event. You can reserve a table with them if wanted here.

Accessibility

Phoenix Fireworks will be creating a custom aerial display for us. This ensures that the fireworks are visible from all open areas of the site. Our lower / café level is fully accessible.

Toilets

We have accessible toilets on site as well as additional portable toilets for this event.

Entertainment

As well as our fireworks display we have a number of local musicians joining us. Live music will be before and after the fireworks.

5pm – From the Workshop

7pm – Get Off

8.30pm – TBC

Timings

Our gates open at 3pm for this event.

Our fireworks display is scheduled for 6.30pm

Our site closes at 10pm

You are welcome to arrive on site anytime from 3pm. Please do not arrive earlier as our gates will be closed and you are unable to wait on the A25.

Dogs

Whilst normally a dog friendly venue we ask that dogs are left at home for this event.

Alpaca

For those arriving early we will have an Alpaca Meet and Greet at 4pm. After 5pm our Alpaca are unavailable for the evening as our Alpaca Team will be moving these to a quiet location.

Market Stalls

We have a wide range of market stalls joining us.

Weather

This is an outdoor event. We have two marquees available for cover if needed. This event will go ahead in all weather conditions bar strong winds. In the event of strong winds and Phoenix Fireworks being unable to safely launch the fireworks we will move this event to the next available date.

Gardens

Our Gardens will be closed throughout this event. Please pay attention to all signage throughout the site and do not enter any no entry areas. This is to ensure your and our teams safety. Any individuals crossing the safety lines / entering “no entry” areas will be asked to leave the site and no refunds will be given.
